Wineries in the Association
The Skagit Valley currently celebrates 7 wineries with numerous award winning wines. The industry began in 1995 when Pasek Cellars Winery opened producing a few hundred cases a year in downtown Mount Vernon and has grown to seven wineries producing more than 25,000 cases annually with expectations of doubling in the next five years.

The climate and growing conditions in the Skagit Valley are excellent for agriculture and produce high quality vineyards and grapes. The Skagit Valley is becoming a destination wine region rivaling some of the best in Europe. Our temperatures and growing conditions are similar to those of the Loire valley in france and the Northern Rhine valley in Germany.Come visit our boutique wineries!
